Soak up this fully renovated and modernized cabin from the 1920s. We kept and reused many vintage materials and fixtures while expanding its footprint with a new bathroom. This charming cabin has also been re-sited so that it is now in proximity to the former Inn at Oak Hill B&B which affords it shared use of amenities like parking, laundry, and privacy. Many antiques decorate the interior including a beautiful brass bed not to forget the coziest kitchenette in the world!

The Gate House is a historic property located at the foothills of Mt Anthony. Built in 1865, the original structure of the house served as the gate house to the Colgate Estate, one of the most beautiful properties in Southwestern Vermont. Our home is just a few short miles to downtown where you can find local restaurants and breweries. We are not far from some of the best skiing/riding in the Northeast at Mt Snow, Bromley, Stratton and Prospect Mountains.

Located within 20 miles from three ski resorts, a short drive to Battenkill River, Manchester Outlets and just a 10 minute drive to VAST trails/ National Forrest. Come and stay for a ski trip, hiking, foliage viewing or to relax on the property with access to walk or snow shoe through our trails of Christmas Trees. The residence is a modern, spacious, basement apartment, part of an 1860 farm house. It has its own private entrance around the back of the house at ground level. This beautiful Vermont home sits on 25 acres with spectacular views. We moved this sugar house structure to this land and had an architect adapt it to its surroundings. It has three walls of windows that display the amazing views. The house is surrounded by Mount Anthony hiking trails and a gorgeous pond. The location is a 5 minute drive to town or a lovely 20 minute walk.

This in-law apartment is on the first floor of our 2 level home and has its own separate entrances. It features an open floor plan with galley kitchen and breakfast bar. This location has a peaceful relaxing atmosphere but with easy access to shopping, site seeing, hiking, and is minutes away from historic Bennington, Vt and the Berkshires (Mass Moca Museum).
