Close to the highway I-49 exit 82. 5 min drive to Walmart Amp (Concert venue), Pinnacle Hills Promenade shopping mall, Top Golf, Bass Pro Shop, and more! 10 min drive to Cristal Bridges Museum and the Walmart Home Office. 20 min drive to the University of Arkansas.

There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Washer/dryer in unit. The home has extras for your furry friends, such as, treats, wipes, potty bags, etc. The community features 2 dog parks and a small walking path. Close by to many museums, great restaurants, walking and mountain bike trails, and lots of entertainment.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!
