There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Washer/dryer in unit. The home has extras for your furry friends, such as, treats, wipes, potty bags, etc. The community features 2 dog parks and a small walking path. Close by to many museums, great restaurants, walking and mountain bike trails, and lots of entertainment.

ABOUT THE GATHERING PLACE The Gathering Place is in Downtown Bentonville, just a mile away from the Bentonville Square & the Walmart Home Office & 1.5 miles from the Razorback Greenway. We invite you to gather at our cozy, family friendly home. The house has recently been remodeled by three generations of family members. We used our love of the environment and re-used a lot of the existing material from the original house to build barn doors, fences, shelves, and many other unique designs.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Cozy & clean is our theme! We are a family who love being outdoors. We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Coler Cottage

Enjoy this studio/guest house located just two blocks from Coler Mountain biking trails. Bring your bikes, and don’t worry about driving. Guest house is two blocks from Coler and can ride to Slaughter Pen as well as downtown Bentonville trails/restaurants bars. Studio guest house has one queen bed, a futon sofa, air mattress, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and bath/shower. While guest house has a pool view, pool is not available for use by guests.
