Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum von Bergisch Gladbach und ist doch relativ ruhig gelegen. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte. Zur S-Bahn sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Innenstadt. Es gibt auch eine Bus-Haltestelle vor der Tür zum Bahnhof. Eine Tiefgarage mit einem reservierten Parkplatz ist vorhanden. An der Straße gibt es auch viele kostenfreie Parkplätze. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet durch Sichtschutzwände eine hohe Privatsphäre.

Additionally, a washing machine with an integrated dryer, an iron, and an ironing board are at your disposal.
