Private stand-alone cottage on a beautiful farm 1.5 hours north of Cape town and 30-40 minutes from Elands Bay. This is a very simple, off-grid, self-catering cottage with beautiful mountain views, a dam to swim in and hiking access to the entire 2000 hectare farm. The farm has established hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding on request and established sport and trad rock climbing routes. The cottage has two fireplaces, a gas stove, fridge, a 'donkey' water heater and solar power.

Our goal is to have you as close to nature as possible, while having luxury to enjoy the experience. We offer a 2 bedroom container cabin and one large bathroom overlooking fynbos nature. The lounge area connected to a small kitchen extends over a deck that's equipped with a covered braai and dinning area. The main deck extend to the woodfire hot-tub and a deck-hammock to make sure you engage with the stars. A high profile / high clearance vehicle is required - (SUV / Crossover / Bakkie).

There is a cement dam with clean wind pump water that guests can swim in. The patio overlooks the farm where wild game like Springbok, Cape Mountain Zebra, and the elusive cape fox can be seen. A KolKol hot tub is provided and extra wood is available to be purchased.
