Alameda is a beautiful island community in the heart of the Bay, filled with beautiful homes, adorable shops, and many great restaurants. The San Francisco ferry is close by to whisk you to the big city, so why would you want to stay anywhere else?

My home is on top floor of building, completely separate entrance and living space. Designated parking. Private use of Hot Tub . No pets, smoking or big parties.

Welcome to a delightful 2 bedroom, relaxed and comfortable home. You have easy access to San Francisco by Ferry. You'll have a short walk to many restaurants and pubs. It's equipped with high speed fiber internet with AppleTV, including HBO and other paid services. This home has comfortable beds with plenty of pillows, plus a fully equipped kitchen.  It's in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, so you can enjoy a safe, calm place, with lots to do all around, including a 10 minute walk to the beach.

A cozy lounging space to work remotely, watch movies and local TV or write/create/dream in a space that inspires with sunlight and views. Stroll downtown for music, dining and the Rafael Theatre.

Walk to Lake Temescal and Montclair Village. Easy, quick access to Hwys 13 and 24. Short drive to UC Berkeley, Mills College and California College of the Arts, the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, and Oaklands many fine restaurants. Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.

Once you're settled, it's just a short stroll to watch the sunset from the beach.
