The 2 bedroom (King and Queen Suites+ loft is the only 2 bedroom cabin available on the Lake to rent Hiking, Skiing, snowmobile, great food and scenery, breweries so close- make memories to last a lifetime. New comfy memory foam beds, black out shades, high speed WiFi, 2 Smart TVs+ Sonos, stand up work desk. 25 min Cannon/Loon/Franconia notch/Mt. Featuring cabin-style rooms on a farm with mountain views from the top of the world. We abut hiking, snowmobile, and ATV trails. With goats and chickens in the barn, wild berries in the fields, and all kinds of wildlife, the Berlin Trails Farm sits just up Cates Hill from the scenic Androscoggin - great for fishing, canoeing, and white water rafting. We are surrounded by hundreds of acres of meadows, wilderness, peaceful natural ambience. We stock our own eggs and local breakfast foods! WOW!

PRICING IS FOR 1 Bedroom. The priority is to rent the house to larger groups however when vacant we offer as a 1 BR. PLEASE DON'T REQUEST PEAK/WEEKENDS in advance as we will decline. You will have the Inn to yourself, however, must keep to the 1Bedroom/bath & common space. IF YOU NEED more Bedrooms we can add for a fee. FMR Jackson House BNB is renovated, fireplace, hot tub, cozy beds. Close to Jackson Ctr, Skiing, snow showing, hiking, sleigh rides, story land, wonderful restaurants, etc.

This newer House has a private 1-BR above-the-garage with a private back-entrance with a Living-room, Full Kitchen with a 2-person island, Large Bath with double-wide shower and a large BR w/ views of Sunday River as well as Mahoosuc Notch. Perfect for a two-person get-away, in the Western Mountains of ME. Great for Winter Sports at Sunday River, or Mt. Abrams, outdoor activities or quick-access to downtown Bethel. Accommodates Up to 2-Guests on our 9+ Acre lot. A/4WD required in Winter

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season you can enjoy fresh vegetables from our gardens.

We go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. (Please note our mattress is FIRM and there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the suite.)
