You're tucked away on a quiet residential street near a park & playground but are just a 10-minute walk to downtown and a 5-minute walk to the lakefront and a gorgeous shoreline bike path.

Perfect for cyclists, runners, bikers, dog walkers & beach goers. Completely remodeled house with new appliances, fully equipped kitchen, laundry & high speed internet. Two bedroom suites each with their own bathroom; the King suite upstairs has additional TV & sitting area. Plus there is a bonus room with futon.

In the summer and fall, open the doors to the expansive decks with an outdoor dining table, couch, and hammock! Enjoy family/friend time with a fire in the backyard.

The Pond Cottage at Taplin Hill Farm

The Cottage on Mulligan's Pond offers serene living with a farm experience. Guests enjoy a full kitchen, full bath with walk-in shower, living room, a glass garage door that opens to a screened porch overlooking the pond, and an upper-level deck to catch some sun or relax with coffee or a cocktail. In the upstairs bedroom has a king sized bed and a built-in work area. Note: Guest are no longer allowed to build a fire in the woodstove seen in the photos due to new insurance restrictions.

Magical cabin with amazing views

100 year old , freshly renovated cabin that is in the middle of five 100 year old apple trees with incredible Mountain View’s. The cabin sits 100ft uphill from my 1842 brick farmhouse and is surrounded by apples trees, an ancient elm tree, fields and my berry patches. The huge deck has a dining table, lots of seating and and outdoor shower. Off the side of the deck are two claw foot bathtubs with hot and cold water for you to soak in. Note, tubs aren’t usable during the freezing months.

This picturesque location has private dock, located across from public boat launch, access to kayaks and is on the Northern Rail-trail biking and walking path.
