After a long house renovation, we have been renting again since April 2021. Sunny Studio apartment with terrasse, splendid view on the river Aare in an old newly renovated chalet in the museum area of Bern. Situated as close to the river and nature as to the center of Bern, reachable within 5 minutes walking distance over the lovely Kirchenfeld bridge. Museums, shops and beautiful restaurants are reachable at even shorter walking distance. The apartment is completely private, for your own use.

Diese einzigartige Unterkunft hat einen ganz besonderen Stil. Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Spread over 2 floors with a ground floor entrance which leads into a spacious open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. The quirky open plan bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin and a comfortable double bedroom. The small outdoor space offers you a table and chairs and BBQ/fire pit

Entire, comfortable apartment for 1-6 persons in a historic building in the heart of the Bernese Old Town. Private bathroom. 10 minutes walk to Bern main train station, 5 minutes to Zytglogge and the Einsteinhaus; seconds to dozens of shops, restaurants and the Bernese night life, but also only 5 minutes to the Aare, or the famous Bear park. The apartment has 2 separate parts (see below for details). There is no elevator.

This spacious apartment is located in the cozy attic of a typical Emmental farmhouse named Bühlmenschwand. In addition to the hosts, friendly dogs, cats, sheep, donkeys and chickens live on the Bühlmenschwand farm. From here you can enjoy beautiful walks through the adjacent woods and meadows, or further discover the Emmental by car or bike.

***NO PARTIES*** On top floor of an old, traditional house in the heart of Switzerland. Close to Interlaken and Spiez with a spectacular view. This place is unique, very calm. There is public transport, but I would recommend coming by car. A parking lot is provided for you.

The charming attic studio (beautiful old building) has the best location in upper Kirchenfeld, opposite Egelsee. It is 3 minutes’ walk to tram lines 6, 7 and 8 and bus line no. 12, and 7 minutes from the train station. There is an ample number of parks around the house.
