AS SEEN ON THE SEASON FINALE OF BRAVO TV’S “BACKYARD ENVY”! The Lodge at June Farms is a stunning, rustic, open-floor-plan retreat. The screened-in front porch looks down onto our beautiful horse pasture. This main cabin is our most romantic cabin on the property. Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest. If you are a cook, this cabin is a chef's dream. Please check the availability for our other luxury cabins if booked!

Pool, Farmhouse, Pets Welcome at Roundhill Farm

An historic 1750 farmhouse on a quiet, beautiful 120 acre property. Huge rooms with wide plank original flooring, 6 bedrooms, large family room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, and formal living room. The property includes a pond which you're welcome to skate on in the winter, and a horse barn and pastures. In the summer you'll have access to our in-ground pool. We welcome your pets! Come ski Jiminy Peak, only a 25-minute drive from this airbnb! The house sleeps 11 people comfortably.

Welcome! Our 4 bedroom 2 bath "cape colonial" style home is approx. 2300 s.f. of living space nestled in a private setting. It is also so close to town you can have the best of both worlds. It's surrounded on three sides by 35 acres of a forever wild nature preserve which is part of the New York State’s “5 Rivers”. You can hike, cross country ski or snow shoe right out the back door or just sit quietly and enjoy your favorite book along side nature.... and only 2 miles from the Albany border.

Historic Home, Downtown Schenectady

Located in the heart of the Historic Stockade District, this gorgeous home offers charm mixed with beautiful modern finishes. The moment you walk in the door, you'll feel the comfort and welcome offering a relaxing abode and make this your escape and enjoy a zen oasis. Enjoy reading the many books offered in the library loft area on the second floor, or take a rejuvenating bath in the jacuzzi tub, if you're looking to recharge, enjoy the outdoors in this private courtyard with the zen garden.

Magic Forest Farm's Enchanted Cabin

After five years, this work of art is finally complete! This eco friendly building was mostly constructed with materials from our forest. Nearly 200 volunteers had a hand in helping over the years in its construction. It is built with cordwood masonry, round and unique. We are a working 225 acre organic farm and homestead that grows much of our own food. You will love our friendly animals, volunteers and miles of hiking trails. This is a off grid solar powered cabin with an outhouse nearby.

Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Modern Scandinavia-style riverfront bungalow on 8 acres. Sit on your deck with twinkle lights for coffee/dinner filled w sounds & views of a rushing river; walk across the river into your own private swimming spot! Perfect for a nature retreat, hiking, swimming, fishing (stocked every April), skiing, work w mountain views or write that novel you have always wanted to finish. 2 hrs from the George Washington Bridge. Cozy Retreat in the Trees

Time travel to 1958 in this architectural gem! This mid-century modern glass and wood cabin is 300 yards away from a charming small lake. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.
