Apartman se nalazi u obnovljenoj tradicionalnoj kući samo nekoliko koraka od mora (5m) i oko 100-150 m od centra grada gdje ćete pronaći trgovine, restorane, ljekarne i još mnogo toga. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijeli prekrasan apartman s dvije spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljenim dnevnim boravkom i dijelom terase. Terasa je privatna za goste naše kuće koja sadrži još jedan apartman za dvije osobe. Na terasi se nalazi vez za brod. Svi troškovi su uključeni u cijenu, posteljina, ručnici, klima itd.

The apartment is located only 30m from the sea, in the centre of Betina, on the island of Murter, in a historic Mediterranean house and in authentic Mediterranean atmosphere!The apartment has 74 square metres, it is on 2 floors with a sea view rooftop terrace. Our guests can relax, swim and sunbathe on a traditional stone sea terrace right next to the sea.The sea terrace and the sea access are shared with other guests. Our guests are provided with their own sun umbrellas as well as sun loungers.

A beautiful two bedroom property located in the heart of Betina, boasting incredible sea views throughout. The house features a twin bedroom with two single beds and a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a shower room to share. Guests can enjoy easy access the sea from our private beachfront, shared with our friendly neighbors. The house also boasts gorgeous panoramic views of the sea from the roof terrace. There is also fully equipped open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with TV.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. 200 g. stara kuća, obnovljena u tradicionalnom stilu upotpunjena s modernom opremom. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Terasa je natkrivena i gosti na korištenje imaju 2 ležaljke, 2 ljuljačke,sup(daska za veslanje), roštilj, solarni vanjski tuš...
