The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

Betties Bay has a variety of activities including, penguins, Botanical garden, hiking, surfing and local restaurants. It is also located close to the wine route and Arabella spa and golf course. The roade between Gordon's Bay and Betties Bay is one of the most breath taking roads in the world.

The famous Harold Porter Botanical gardens is 5 minutes drive away. Betty's Bay has endless hiking, surfing, angling and snorkeling opportunities. A local grocery store is about 700 metres from the house.

The property is surrounded by indigenous gardens, making the cottage ideally suited to those seeking a connection with nature, and a space in which to relax and recharge.
