Quiet apartment Soest countryside central Holland

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Soest near the Eem river. It is suited for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay for a few days or weeks in the area around Soest. We have two rooms with a view of the garden on the ground floor of a former farmhouse, in a separate part of the main farmhouse. You can use a part of the garden outside the rooms where you can sit. Pets are not allowed. You may rent bicycles on the premises for 5 euros per day. Own entrance.

Ons appartement is sfeervol ingericht en van de belangrijkste gemakken voorzien. Goed te verwarmen, kookgelegenheid incl. potten, pannen, oven/magnetron en servies en een koelkast. TV, Wifi, eigen douche en toilet (kleine badkamer) , 2 aparte slaapkamers boven met 1 een- en 1 tweepersoonsbed. Kinderbedje en speelgoed is ook aanwezig. Het heeft een eigen voordeur, eigen terras, weinig inkijk en op loopafstand van een boel voorzieningen. Informatiemap mbt activiteiten in omgeving is aanwezig.

Het Vlinderhuisje is een eenvoudig vrijstaand en betaalbaar verblijf ligt in een woonwijk aan de rand van het dorp. Het huisje heeft een eigen ingang. Het centrum én de bossen zijn makkelijk te bereiken. Aan de rand van de historische binnenstad van Amersfoort ligt ons ruime, meer dan 100 jaar oude herenhuis. De bovenste verdieping is compleet gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien om als appartement verhuurd te worden. Via een gezamenlijk trappenhuis bereik je het appartement, dat kan worden omschreven als sfeervol, met gebruik van mooie materialen, oog voor detail en vooral comfortabel met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf voor korte of langere tijd.

Ruim appartement op unieke locatie op het water. 3 slaapkamers voor 6 tot 7 personen. Grote woonkamer met aangrenzend dakterras met uitzicht op het water. 2 Privé parkeerplaatsen voor de deur en op wandelafstand van de boulevard en binnenstad van Harderwijk. Direct aan het water en binnen een paar minuten in het bos of op de heide. Contactloos in en uitchecken is mogelijk. Alle richtlijnen van het RIVM zijn gevolgd om uw verblijf veilig en hygiënisch te laten verlopen.

You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)
