Diese gemütliche 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung vereint Wärme und Eleganz: Ein Kamin sorgt für stimmungsvolle Abende, ein dedizierter Arbeitsplatz ermöglicht konzentriertes Arbeiten, und deine private Infrarot-Sauna lädt zur puren Entspannung ein. Ein besonderer Rückzugsort in einzigartiger Lage direkt am Wasser.

Charming Apartment – Walk to Old Town, Thun

This charming apartment features two rooms: a combined bedroom and workspace, a separate living room, a spacious bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a private washing machine. Located close to the center of Thun, the train station can be reached in about a 10-minute scenic walk along the Aare River, which also leads into Thun’s Old Town. Bus stop in front – 5 min ride to station, and the lake with beautiful alpine views is just across the street. Cafes, shops & restaurant nearby

les rêveries, au cœur de la vieille ville

C’est en empruntant la rue en pavé ou les escaliers qui mènent au château d'Erlach qu’on rejoint les rêveries, ancienne maison datant de 1486. Le logement ( 75 mètres carré ) est entièrement rénové, meublé avec passion et soin. Il traverse la totalité de la maison, côté sud, une terrasse ombragée et un jardin enchanteur vous séduiront. Votre bébé est le bienvenu. Je ne reçois malheureusement pas les enfants à partir de deux ans. Le mobilier et la décoration sont toujours en mouvement.

L'ancienne taillerie de diamants de mon père combine look industriel soigné et bon confort. Il y fait frais en été et bien chaud en hiver. Parfait pour un séjour indépendant à Biel/Bienne, bien située entre lac et Jura, à 25 minutes de Berne, Neuchâtel et Soleure et 1h de Lausanne, Zurich et Bâle. Quartier tranquille à 10 min à pied de la gare et des rues commerçantes. Bus à deux pas et parking zone bleue devant la maison. Pour 3/4 personnes. Lit + canapé-lit + lit d'appoint sur demande.

Im Storchendorf Altreu gelegen, steht das Tiny House direkt am Aare-Flussufer auf einem Campingplatz und bietet gemütliches modernes Wohnen mit bester Aussicht aufs Wasser. Voll ausgestattet, jedoch auf das Wesentliche reduziert, ist dieses Tiny House der perfekte Ort für eine Auszeit. Praktisch vor der Haustür lädt das Naherholungsgebiet "Witi" mit seinen grossen Naturflächen zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren ein. Gleich neben dem Campingplatz befindet sich das Restaurant zum Grüene Aff.

The living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom are located on the lower level. 2 bedrooms are located at the mezzanine level. The outside terrace is directly on the water oriented to the south. 15min drive to Thun.

Perfectly connected to public transport and with your own parking place across the street. 5 minutes walk from the historic center of St-Blaise, 10 minutes to the lake and the vineyards above the apartment. It would be a pleasure to welcome you in our cozy apartment in the midst of blue.

Ce studio est équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer/table à repasser, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, four, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain et TV avec Swisscom-Box et WIFI. Place de parc. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.
