Welcome to B&B on Mountain Lane, your cozy retreat nestled in the heart of Banff. This private walkout basement suite is conveniently located only minutes away from Banff’s downtown, Sulphur Mountain, and the Banff Spring’s Hotel & Golf Course. In addition to the beautiful mountain views from our private hot tub and sauna, the spacious suite features one primary bedroom with a queen bed, an open living room with an indoor fireplace, twin-size bunkbeds and a pullout couch, and one full bathroom.

Our condo with a walk-out patio is located in one of Canmore's top resorts. We have access to the resorts year-round heated pool, hot tub & fitness centre. We provide a fully appointed kitchen so you have everything you need to cook all your meals from home. With a brand-new king -sized mattress, you will get the beauty rest you deserve. We are a 15minute walk to beautiful downtown Canmore via Spring Creek, don’t forget to grab a coffee at the Black Dog Café to start your adventure off right!

Mountain Paradise with 180° Views. This craftsman built complex boasts 3 private two-bedroom units, perfect for groups wanting their own space for a vacation, or to rent a unit individually. Walk to restaurants, bars and shops downtown, or hop in the car for an easy 15-minute drive to Banff. NB: there is construction next to this unit so noise may be an issue during the summer 2024.

BEFORE REQUESTING TO BOOK Please fill out your guest profile. The Ugly Bunny is a 1 bedroom fully contained suite located on the lower level of our mountain home. The suite includes a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction hot plate, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The separate bedroom has a KING sized bed, the living room has a queen sized pull out and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The living room is cosy and inviting with a wood burning fireplace and upright piano.
