Stan je povrsine 42m2 i nalazi se u strogom centru grada. Sastoji se od hodnika, kupatila, kuhinje, spavaće sobe i prostorije za prtljag. Stan posjeduje WI FI, digitalnu kablovsku TV sa preko 300 domaćih i stranih kanala, 2 LCD TV-a, SMART inverter klima uređaj, mikrotalasnu pećnicu, antialergijski COMFORT dušek i jastuke, peglu, fen, peškire, mašinu za pranje i sušenje veša, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i kupatilo i balkon duž čitavog stana. Parking je besplatan i nalazi se u dvorištu zgrade.

On the ground floor there is a large living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The upper floor has two bedrooms and a toilet. The room leads to a large terrace under the stars with a beautiful view of the river and the yard. Also on the ground floor there is a large glazed terrace with a jacuzzi and sauna and it can be used all year round. The star of our cottage is definitely the yard with a private pool. It is completely fenced and surrounded by nature with access to the river.
