A welcoming green oasis on the erge of the city

Resume The studio is located in a rural farmhouse on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base to work or relax, or explore the city, northern provinces and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum (Germany). The studio is complete, tasteful and luxuriously furnished. In addition to the rental of 2 studios, we have a large green yard with an orchard, small horse stable, chickens and a sweet dog (Friese Stabij). Other: everything is on the ground floor and we have free parking.

The apartment is on the third floor of an old gentlemen's house. You share the hallway with the other attendance. The bathroom is tiled with marmer and there is a private sauna. You have 2 roof terraces available with sun the whole day. Living room with open kitchen and corner couch. You have to pay for the parking yourself

"Slapers" spacious ground floor apartment & garden

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!

Experience of an at-home feeling in our little house with citygarden. Suitable for one or two persons (5 max.) but also for groups of friends (up to 6 persons). Childfriendly. first breakfast is ready upon arrival. Supermarket nearby is at Meeuwerderweg 96-98 (open until 10 p.m./Sunday 8 p.m.) The B&B does not have its own parking space. Not far and the cheapest option is the Oosterpoort parking garage - street name is Trompsingel 23

Parkeren voor de deur; eigen tuin met knusse zitjes. Via de entree kom je in de compleet uitgeruste woonkeuken. De slaapkamer heeft een luxe Karlsson boxspring met 2 matrassen. Vanuit je bed kijk je de tuin of het bos in.

You want to stay here for the location, your kids don't want to leave because of the toys. We live here with our 3 children. When we are away, we rent out our house. 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, small garden, 2 toilets and 2 full bathrooms (shower & sink). Parts of the house are renovated, other parts have the 'perks' of an old house.
