It is composed of 3 floors: - ground floor - a TV room/bedroom and 1 bathroom - first floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms, - second floor: large room with 2 salons (one for reading and one for television), a dining-room and a fully-equipped kitchen. Full view over the sea. AC, WIFI, high quality beddings and towels. Washing machine and dryer.

Charming app: Nid de L'Airette,Biot

The little apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-storey 'maison de village', overlooking the Verrerie de Biot. The quiet square in front is still known under its name, 'Place de l'airette - respire and rest' . Direct access by car is not possible. Free Public Parking is available at the bottom of the village, ca. 5 min walk up the hill taking the "Calade de Tinée", access for disabled people is not recommended. We have recently installed air conditioning.
