Bike to the Beach from Contemporary Studio Guesthouse

Celebrate the spirit of the ocean from this elevated stylish abode. Decorated with sea-foam blue walls, mid-century modern furnishings and a Moroccan rug. Take advantage of the well-appointed desk and open floor plan of this roost. (please note bikes have a rental fee of $25 per bike) This spacious & private studio is perfect for solo adventurers, business travel, couples and friends. -kitchen , full refrigerator, microwave and cooktop -coffee maker / toaster -full bathroom w/tub & shower essentials. Apple TV - Netflix & Amazon. Wifi access with password. There is always free street parking with no restrictions and no street sweeping hours + driveway parking Guest house studio free unrestricted street parking 2 beach cruiser bikes & helmets I live in the back house but like to give guest as much privacy and space as possible. Self check-in and check-out. (Code entry) I can be reached By cell phone; text or call (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). For any questions, concerns etc. This abode is in a central beach location next to Kate Sessions Park. Take a quick walk or bike ride to Pacific Beach and Garnet Avenue, a vibrant area with an abundance of funky eclectic shops, small cafes, and bars. (bike rental fee $25 per bike ) Garnet Ave. south on Lamont - 1/2 mile with restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Trader Joe's Vons Ralph's Sprouts The fish shop Cafe Athena Fig tree Cafe Zen 5 Sushi Pacific beach- west on Beryl Ave. - 1.5 miles Two new beach cruiser bikes are available for guests to use. The property is split by a fence with two smaller dogs in the back house that are well contained. ** no smoking on property or in unit, if smoking is evident an additional $100 cleaning fee will be added after check out . *this is a quiet safe neighborhood near kate sessions Park , there will be normal neighborhood noises i.e. Monday morning trash pick up. **There is a strict no extra guest policy, only those staying at the studio are allowed on the premise, no parties or gatherings of any kind. ** no dogs (requests can be submitted for small dogs under 20lbs w/ additional cleaning fee of $50 **any additional cleaning needed is charged at a rate of $20 per hr.

RENOVATED…Studio with separate entrance in gated property 6 blocks from beach in Pacific Beach. Bikes now available! Ask host for details. Sleeps 3, amenities include a queen bed and a fold single bed couch with full bath, small fridge, microwave, smart TV, 100mbps WiFi and air conditioning. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool, outside shower and BBQ. Pets are welcome. There is a $50 fee per pet per stay. The studio is attached to the pool house. The pool pump is behind 2 doors & runs daily.

Completely renovated in Jan'23 & located in a very quiet area of Pacific Beach. Partying or being loud is not tolerated. One bedroom cottage w/ its own private outdoor space & yard, roof top deck, A/C & gated parking. Gated private entrance, easy self check-in & 4 blocks to the beach. Enjoy the 2 bikes, beach chairs & boogie boards. Neighbors have been doing construction for over a year on their home so there is still some noise on occasion, but they don't seem to work many days of the week.
