The annex is self-contained, with a front door and hallway. Dogs £25 supplement. Private parking. Note the lane has a 1 in 4 to 6 gradient and is bumpy.

Mon-Fri your host grooms dogs in a room connected to the Annex. Dogs or driers might be heard during the day on weekdays.
