Es gibt eine Schlafcouch, sodass 2 Kinder willkommen sind. Der Garten unterstützt den Komfort durch einen beheizten Whirlpool, den Grillplatz mit einem Weber Grill und das 85qm Spiel-Spaß-Fitnesscenter mit Trainingsgeräten und Unterhaltungsangeboten. This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Mit 130m² gibt es genug Platz in einer 3 Zimmer Wohnung und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre mit Kamin. Für das UNECSO Welterbe bekannte Mittelrheintal kannst du Burgen über Wanderwege oder durch Schiffsfahrten erkunden. Alle Geschäfte, Supermärkte (REWE,Lidl), Restaurants sowie touristische Sehenswürdigkeiten und Bootsanleger sind problemlos fußläufig zu erreichen.

Das Eifelloft21 steht oberhalb des charmanten kleinen Dörfchens Hammer. Es ist renoviert, aber der Charme des Holzhauses ist erhalten geblieben. Die Doppelhaushälfte bietet auf ca. 50 qm Platz für zwei Personen. Durch das offene Wohnkonzept hat man von überall einen sagenhaften Ausblick in die Natur, nur das WC ist mit einer Tür getrennt. Vom Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche betritt man den Balkon. Rursee, Hohe Venn und Monschau in der Nähe. Preis inkl. 5% Eifeler Übernachtungspauschale.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

Das Landhaus wurde im Jahre 1983 mit viel Eichenholz und Fachwerkelementen erbaut. Die Zahl der Feriengestaltung ist nahezu unbegrenzt. Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren und Tennisspielmöglichkeiten auf umliegend Plätzen und Hallen. Der nächste Golfplatz ist ca. 12 km entfernt. Zwei in der näheren Umgebung liegend Stauseen laden im Sommer zum Schwimmen und Angeln ein. Der Nürburgring liegt in überschaubarer Entfernung. Unterkunft mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre und viel Platz.

Das individuelle Gästehaus liegt am Ende des 6ha großen Anwesens. Ein ehemaliger Stall ist heute ein mit viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail umgestaltetes Refugium für 4 Personen. Im EG befindet sich die Küche mit Essbereich und Kamin, ein Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne. Das 1. OG besteht aus einem loftartigen Studio mit großer Fensterfront, in dem ein weiteres Doppelbett steht.
