Hideaway on the bay

Updated cabin with 100 feet of waterfront. Great swimming, a dock, shared kayaks, and shared kids play set. Perfect family getaway. Great for fisherman, ice fishing, or a peaceful couples get away. The cabin is on a shore well and the water is not drinkable. Guests will need to bring bottled water. I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp as the depth, current, and pressure there cause instability in ice accumulation. Guests can access the ice from long point state park 1.5m away

Electricity is powered from a propane remote start generator and water is sourced from our rain water collection system. Just minutes from the cabin, you'll find 3 gas station/convenience stores, 2 gift shops, two restaurants, a 9-hole golf course, ATV trails, 3 lakes, hiking trails (w/waterfalls) and so much more!

Cabin has 5 Bedrooms w/ Queen beds offering privacy along w/2 Queen couches in large 32' X 24' living room & deck overlooking water & Pier! Cabin has 2 Smart TVs(75" & 55") & 9' Slate Pool Table & large gas grill on deck! 2 two person Kayaks included w/life preservers! Cabin at strategic fishing location on Indian River near mouth of Black Lake w/fish cleaning station. Alexandria Bay, 1000 Islands w/2 fabulous castles & Canada 15 minutes away! Pet fee is $200 one-time fee for up to 2 pets.

Rossie Rest

Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin on the Indian River with great fishing and a private setting. Walk out the front door and start fishing or enjoy the view with your morning coffee. It is in the perfect location to view the Eclipse on April 8. This cabin is kid and pet friendly. It has electricity, running water, a small kitchenette, fire pit and wood. It is located 45 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes to exit 49 on Route 81, and close to the Thousand Islands and Black Lake.

Living room has a couch and sleeper sofa that pulls out to a full size bed with extra bedding/pillows. Kitchen stocked with pots/pans and basic cooking essentials. Coffee & creamer supplied.
