Large fenced porch with rocking & sitting chairs. Six explorable acres (along with main house), 5 swings, 2 fire pits, charcoal grill & small pond. (Pond is newly built) Close to Wimberley, Fischer, Johnson City, & Fredericksburg. Also Blanco State Park, Enchanted Rock, Pedernales Falls & Jacobs Well!

Recently updated and located within walking distance of the Blanco River, you can walk to the park, river or the Blanco town square within minutes. This adorable 4 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow has t.v.'s in every bedroom and a large 70" t.v. in the living room. There is also a carport. The best part of this bungalow is the extensive covered patio. The house is best suited for 6 adults and 2 kids.

The Deer Haven Ranch Cottage 4 Beds

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on a working ranch. Built in the late 1800's. Immigrant family homestead. The Indians use to meet under the large oak trees in the front yard. The cottage is about a 5 minute drive to town, so you have the advantage of being peacefully out in the country enjoy the dark night sky full of stars. There are 3 AC window units in the Cottage, the Living room, the Master and the Kitchen, the house easily cools to 70 degrees on a hot day.
