Robinson House Spiliška

My house is located on the island of Korčula. Distance from the center of Vela Luka is 7 km. The house is in an isolated and calm place. Ideal for a relaxing holiday and near the town. The house is newly renovated. Around the house there is a meadow and many wild plants. The house has a grill in the yard and shower area in front of the house. Sea and beach are directly in front of the house, but has a little wild, steep road cc 50 m. The beach is natural and you have a place for sunbathe.

Eingebettet in ein Naturschutzgebiet befindet sich unser Haus auf einem 1500m² großen Grundstück inmitten von Oliven-, sowie einigen Feigen- und Zitronen-Bäumen. Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer, einen Essbereich mit Küchenzeile und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Highlight ist die Sonnenterasse (18 m2) mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung verfügt über WLAN. Über das Grundstück sind es nur wenige Schritte zum eigenen Meerzugang.

Distance from the sea is only 20m.

Apartment is located in the first row next to the sea. Shop and restaurants are within a 3 min walk. Neighbouring village Čara is the area where famous Croatian wine Pošip is produced. Zavalatica is in the middle od the island, Korčula is 25 km away and Vela Luka 20 km. The sea is crystal clear, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and fishing.
