Willkommen in unserer sonnigen Ruheoase: Eine stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Gartenterrasse und Petzenblick mitten im Altstadtkern von Bleiburg. Fernab vom Treiben der großen Städte zwischen den bewaldeten Hügeln Südkärntens, lädt Bleiburg zum Entspannen, Sporteln und Entdecken ein. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Hofruhelage und liegt zugleich direkt am Hauptplatz. Hier hat man alles, was man braucht, um zu enstpannen und Auflüge zu starten: Ob auf den Berg, ins Gasthaus, oder ins Museum.

Calm and cosy suite offers the perfect starting point for hiking, mountaineering or cycling. The apartment is located on the second floor and is the largest of the four apartments in the house, with near identical square footage. In meinem Haus, in dem sich Menschen, die hier leben und Gäste begegnen, befindet sich eine Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern einer Küche mit einer Essecke und einem Badezimmer mit Klo. Die Wohung befindet sich im ersten Stock des Hauses und bildet eine eigene Wohneinheit und ist gut für 4 Personen geeignet. !! Achtung das Badezimmer ist einen halben Stock tiefer und über Stufen zu erreichen. Der Garten kann auch benutzt werden. Bei Bedarf kann auch der Seminarraum zusätzlich gebucht werden.

Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
