Spar Point Farm on Block Island is a 6-acre working family farm including a vineyard, orchard, apiary, gardens, greenhouse, and authentic wood-fired "Cob" clay oven. It offers a winning combination of being well off the main road for privacy and quiet, but less than 10 minutes by car from the main port town and 5 minutes from the airport. The farm is flanked by 230 acres of conservation land to the west and enjoys sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, striking sunsets, and wondrous stargazing.

In-Town Condo on Block Island!

Welcome to our condo at 460 Chapel St. Just steps away from the ferry, one of the closest places to stay in town that isn’t a hotel! Huge private deck for entertaining where you can hear the waves at night in the distance. Ideal location for an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, Spring House etc. AC units keep your stay cool or open the doors for nice breeze. Spacious bedroom has 3 beds; queen, full & twin. The Figurehead on Block Island (North Apartment)

The Figurehead apartments feature fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryer, air conditioning, heat, WiFi, TV, private balconies and free parking. With over 1200 ft.² of living space the north apartment comfortably sleeps up to six guests. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and twin sleeper plus 2 full bathrooms. The unit is located across the street from the main ferry dock. The central location allows for easy access to restaurants, shopping and island attractions.

Suite Getaway

We are located high on Mott hill in the center of the island. It's about 2 miles to both harbors. There are lots of hiking trails nearby. We are located near the island airport so small private planes come and go during the day but it is usually very quiet at night. Many of our guests say watching the planes is one of their favorite things. This spot is ideal for visitors who like to retreat to a quieter space at the end of a long day at the beach or an evening on the town.

The Ritz: Bright, airy & close to everything!

One of three homes on a large property, the 'Ritz' is a studio with private porch, Adirondack chairs & fire pit outdoors. Perfect for a couple with one queen. A full kitchen, BBQ grill and a short walk to town and the Southeast Light. We may accommodate a child in a pack n play, but do ask you to bring your own linens. The grill is propane, which we provide a tank and a extra. Please let us know if you are out so we can be sure to have it filled in time.

Mermaid House

Make yourself at home in our 2nd floor suite on Block Island's West Side. Private entryway to an airy apartment with large master bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, bunk room, and sun-deck with views of Block Island Sound. Situated off the main road, Mermaid House is a quiet getaway from town, a ten minute drive to all of Block Island's beautiful bathing beaches. Walking distance to rocky Cooneymus beach and the Nature Conservancy’s Greenway trails.

Lightburne House

The Lightburne House, Cottage and Gallery are located on historic Spring Street in Block Island, Rhode Island. The rental is a second floor apartment on a beautiful property known for the original bottle gardens, sea glass walkway and abundance of flowers. The home is on a quiet street that is walking distance to the ferry, town and beaches. The home offers partial ocean views, backyard views of the 1661 animal farm and a private front porch.

Shel House

Beautiful Block Island gem, gut renovated in 2010. Classic with all the modern conveniences. Easy walk to the ferry, downtown, and beaches. Four bedrooms, 2 full baths, detached bunkhouse with 3 bunkbeds. Fabulous patio & porches with a backyard that keeps guests coming back. Perfect house for a family or two. Full week rentals only June-August, Friday to Friday. Summer rentals start Jan 1. Off season weekends have a 3-day minimum stay.
