Our cozy, oceanfront gem has amazing views and is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with yourself, loved ones, and friends. When whales are migrating, you can spot them from our comfy couch. We are on the bluff with an oceanfront hot tub, within walking distance to Gualala restaurants, groceries & shops. Please respect our dream home, our neighbors, & bring only good vibes here. A blissful coastal retreat with unparalled ocean views, the Ocean Parkway House is nestled on a secluded bluff over looking the Pacific. This unique 1960's Bolinas beach house is a spot to truly relax and unwind. Fully updated with a curated mix of vintage and modern furnishings - our cottage has a mid-century design sensibility with luxuries like Coyuchi towels, a chef's kitchen, Scandinavian fireplace, outdoor rain shower, cedar hot tub, and new heated stone loveseat on the upstairs deck.

Welcome to Heron House! Peace and comfort await you at this fully remodeled, ocean-view oasis, nestled along the California coast in the quiet community of Bodega Bay. Sip your morning coffee looking out at the ocean, as the fog lifts and deer graze on neighboring hillsides. Take a stroll on the beach, and enjoy world-class attractions and stunning natural scenery in all directions. After a day of exploration, sip wine beside the fire pit at sunset, and fall asleep to the sound of the sea.

The Beach House

This stunning house sits on a bluff directly above the ocean. Sit in the living room with a 180 degree view of the ocean, hear the waves as they roll in, watch birds of prey land on a cypress tree, and deer, foxes and other wildlife forage on the hill. Occasionally, see a whale or dolphin swimming off shore. At dusk, watch the sun set as you make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Later watch the moon and stars come out as you relax to the sound of the waves.

Our custom-designed beachhouse is perched on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and offers spectacular panoramic views from every room. It's a perfect retreat from everyday life. Relax in one of two living areas or on one of the decks, and toast the sunset with local wines. Walk along sandy Dillon Beach, hike to the estero, fish from the many coves, kayak, surf, paddleboard or kiteboard at the beach, eat oysters from the pristine Tomales Bay, or curl up with a book on the couch.
