Apartment's house is located next to the beach on a beautiful promenade towards to Zlatni rat. The apartment is located on the first floor,south side of the villa with direct view of the sea. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with two single beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and large terrace. It is designed to accommodate 2-4 people and is ideal for families with children. *The nearest free and secure parking is 400 m from the apartment. *Please read other notes

This is a modern, newly decorated apartment overlooking the coastal walking road that leads to the most famous Croatian beach, Zlatni Rat. It's on the ground floor of a house along with a beautiful garden, a comfy patio and both southern and western terrace. Inside there is a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom.There is a possibility to rent out both floors of the house (suitable for 8 to 10 people) on request. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.
