De accommodatie is uitgerust met alle moderne comfort: grote open woonruimte, veel daglicht, 5 slpks: 4x dubbelbed - 2x enkel bed - 1 kinderbed - 2 badkamers - warme buitendouche - 3 zonneterrassen - tuinset, tv, wifi,... The house from 1870 has a garden, three connecting bedrooms and two bathrooms, two toilets and is situated in the north of Brussels. The centre takes three tramstops, railwaystation Brussels North is ten minutes walking. I have special parkingtickets (NO PARKINGPLACE) for my guests at € 5/day. You can use the ground floor, the first floor. There is a private sauna, private movietheatre and a heated swimmingpool in the garden. 3 students are living upstairs but you share nothing with them.

Very cozy apartment located on a dead-end street in the peaceful Harmonie neighborhood. It is located in a very quiet building surrounded by trees and free of traffic sounds. The neighborhood consists of beautiful houses where a lot of young families found their homes. However, it is only within 5 minutes walking distance of the city park and 10 minutes walking distance of the historic center so everything is easily doable on foot. For us a warm home, for you a welcoming and peaceful stay.
