King Deluxe rooms have an interior entrance and a sliding door to a private balcony or patio. They are located on the first and second floor in the main building of the Inn. There is access to the second floor via both elevator and stairs. The room is non-smoking.

This Apartment style suite is located on the third floor of The Inn on Peaks Island on beautiful Peaks Island, ME (just a 15 minute ferry ride off the coast of downtown Portland). The suite features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a living room with 2 sofas, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig. This space can sleep up to 16 guests in 10 individual beds. Spend your time enjoying the suite or exploring the island!

This two-room two queen bed handicap accessible unit is located on the second floor (street level, no stairs) of our Main Inn Building with a private double balcony at the Tugboat Inn. Along with beautiful views of the harbor, we also have an onsite restaurant with all your seafood and land favorites! We are also walking distance from downtown Boothbay Harbor where you can enjoy many shops and restaurants.
