This upstairs open space studio is all yours, no sharing with others. Relax on the deck, enjoying the beautiful sunrise/sunset over the mountains, or the incredible night sky. 12+ acres of pine & oak trees surround the house. Below, park or play in a 1-car garage (heat & A/C) with ping-pong table and other games. Electric BBQ on the deck. Includes waffle maker, mix & syrup, popcorn maker & popcorn. About 45 mins to Yosemite National Park entrance (1 hr to valley floor). 10-min drive to Mariposa.

This is a beautiful 1500 s.f. Bungalow on the Sierra hill side overlooking the San Juaquin Valley. Very peaceful, very serene, and very private. Star viewing is awesom Christmas and New Years weeks are special holiday weeks and require a 5 night min Note: Verison is the only cell service that works here (very well).
