Welcome to Villa Madera. Located in Saparevo, our home has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. All rooms have different unique styles and are equipped with private bathrooms. There are a couple of entertainment areas like the music room on the 3rd floor or the pool table lounge on the 1st. There is a private spa zone with a sauna. Our kitchen is fully equipped for short and long-term stays. On the outside, there is a swimming pool, BBQ, and many areas for relaxation and fun.

Welcome dear guests! Villa Nikol consists of 4 separate apartments. Each one can be rented individually or the whole house. It is the perfect place for your next vacation! Located in a gated complex, the house offers plenty of amenities and unique opportunities for relaxation and entertainment only 9 km from ski resort Borovets and 9 km from the hot mineral pools of Dolna Banya. The house offers a spacious lawn, where you can enjoy a wonderful picnic, away from the city noise and tension.

Samovilla Chalet 2 - in harmony with nature

Samovilla is a complex of three Finnish-style chalets in the midst of the beautiful Rila mountains and bout 10 minutes from Borovets ski area. Each chalet offers accommodation for 4 guests in 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two additional guests can be accommodated on a pull out sofa in the living room. Chalets also include TV lounge, fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, balcony, patio for outside dining space and shared use of a hot tub and sauna. Free parking is available.

Villa Borovets Mountain & Luxury is a fabulous boutique villa with a 3000 sq.m garden. It is located in a quiet area with and incredibly clean air. The cottage has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with fireplace with dining area and kitchen, second living room with fireplace and pool table, barbecue and oven. When special occasions - birthdays, christenings, weddings and any other parties - are celebrated in the villa, the rental price is negotiable and the damage deposit is double.
