You'll enjoy your stay in the private detached guesthouse which resides on the front half of our horse acre property. You'll be greeted by a lovely manicured yard with mature rhodies, azaleas & stunning Magnolias that bloom each spring. The covered patio entrance will lead you to the private side entrance door to the stairs that take you to the second level studio apartment where upon entry the full kitchen, regulation pool table and 8 foot drop down projector TV will greet and entertain you!

Spacious studio apartment overlooking Lake Washington in North Seattle. Private entrance, comfortable king size bed, living area with comfy couch and chair, TV, large 3/4 bath, and kitchenette. Dedicated high speed internet (500mbs). You will feel like you are on vacation staying here! It is a serene and beautiful space. Convenient easy commute to the University of Washington, Downtown, Bothell or Woodinville. This is the lower level of a house, there is parking for one car in the driveway.

The location is very quiet with an on-site hiking trail through majestic evergreen trees. We are within a mile of shopping and dining facilities. We are within a half hour drive of Seattle and Everett, Washington.
