Historic Windsor Hotel Room #3

Originally built as a silver miners hotel in 1800’s. It has been in the same family over 100 years. We take great pride in keeping the property historic and not renovated. Step back in time to aged cracked wallpaper in areas from the 1920’s. The floor creaks, the house is crooked, this is an experience, not modern. Most of the furniture is original antiques from the proprietors past. The bathroom is shared but easily as our guests are adventurists and leave at all different hours of the morning.

At 10 yrs of rentals, we are still nearly perfect! Sales and lodging taxes, Short-Term Rental Lic posted on site or online w/ owner. 1st floor, steps to parking in back, with laundry 2 doors down. Electronically secured doors, private patio off studio. Kitchen fully appointed, with full size appliances. There's a full boutique bath with a 6 ft soaker tub. Out the back entrance towards parking area, and not in picturesque view from patio is supermarket, liquor store, Starbucks, McDs, and Subway.

2 Bd Kitchenette Suite On River

Come and stay at the beautiful Ponderosa Lodge, nestled between countless Ponderosa Pines and directly on the fall river. Our 2 queen bed kitchenette suite has everything one may need from a patio on the river to a kitchenette and full bathroom. You also have access to our communal hot tub on the river. The property is just minutes from downtown Estes Park one way, and then minutes from the back entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park the other way.

Perfect wedding venue!! Cabin living at Estes Park Resort doesn't mean roughing it. Take a walk to the river's edge to fish for trout, or pack a lunch and spread out on the spacious lawns. And don't be surprised to see an elk or two from the balcony of your luxury suite. Elk festival is in October! Parade of lights in November!
