Just a few blocks to breweries (Odell's- 0.2 mile walk, New Belgium- 0.3 mile!), and a short walk (0.6 mile) to all the restaurants and shops Old Town has to offer. Comes with 2 cruiser bikes! We don’t allow dogs due to other guests’ potential allergies with the one exception being guests who are bringing their dogs to CSU vet. Organic coffee and an assortment of teas provided

The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Bring your fur baby—sorry, dogs only—and enjoy the fully fenced shared backyard. Gather around the outdoor fireplace with your favorite drink, roast some s’mores, and unwind under the stars. Just steps from great restaurants and public transportation, it’s the perfect spot for visiting CSU or simply enjoying a peaceful getaway.

Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)
