You’ll have quick access to CSU, the Spring Creek Trail, Horsetooth Reservoir, the Poudre River, Old Town and of course all the local breweries that make Fort Collins famous. The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.
