The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

Powlilea Cottage is a large, self-contained apartment, with a private entrance, attached to my home. There is adequate parking for 1 vehicle and access to my garden to sit and relax. The property is on a quiet country lane in Ditteridge but only a ten minute walk from the village of Box, close to the market town of Corsham, the National Trust village of Lacock and just 6 miles from Bath.
