The flat is 2 minutes walk from the Circus, 5 minutes walk from the Royal Crescent. Great cafes, wine bars and restaurants are on the doorstep, it’s a short walk to shops.

Secluded, private, away from main roads but with good access to public transport. Free on-street parking. When the forecourt in front of the studio is free you are also welcome to park there .The short , narrow drive from the street entrance to the studio is suitable only for small cars and at your own risk.

In a previous life, the building was a skittle alley for The Lamb Inn but that rang time in the 1960s and is now our home. The units are a mix of country and modern, with oak beams and doors and atmospheric lighting. A stylish, light and comfy space with a homely feel, attention to detail and a little touch of luxury. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
