Unique old town apartment, Aarhus

Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Hyggeligt sommerhus nær Ebeltoft, strand og skov

Ved Lyngsbæk Strand nær Ebeltoft og kun 5-6 min. gang fra stranden ligger dette feriehus for enden af en blind stikvej. Huset: Dejlig stue, indrettet med brændeovn, chromecast TV og fin spiseplads. Køkkenet ligger i åben forbindelse med stuen. 2 soveværelser - 1) dobbeltseng og 2) to enkeltsenge. Derudover: En hyggelig alkove i stuen med to sovepladser. Badeværelset har brusebad. Udenfor: Stor dejlig have, flere terrasser, samt nem parkering. EL-FORBRUG OPKRÆVES EFTER OPHOLD MED 3,95 KR/KwH

Tiny House Lindebo near by the Beach

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Hyggelig 2 plans villa I Hørning

Rummelig 2 plan villa på 165m2 med kun 15 min kørsel til Aarhus. Stueetagen byder på et stort køkken-alrum med rummelig stue, stort badeværelse samt et stort velfungerende køkken. Dertil et bryggers med god skabsplads og en vaske/tørre maskine. Anden etage består af en stor fællesstue, nyrenoveret badeværelse samt arbejdsplads. Dertil 4 værelser, hvor der er et stort soveværelse med dobbeltseng og 3 små værelse med enkelt senge. Der må forventes at motorvejen, som ligger tæt på kan høres.

Village nearby Aarhus cozy cottage

hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Hårby Gamle Mejeri

Boligen består af stue, soveværelse, køkken og bad i stueetagen af bestyrerbolig til Hårby Mejeri. Egen indgang og fri parkering. Huset er bygget i 1905, der er trægulve og højt til loftet i alle rum. Soveværelse med dobbeltseng og plads til barneseng - Stue med spisebord og 4 stole, sovesofa med 2 sovepladser, TV, wi-fi, bøger og spil - Køkken med opvaskemaskine, køleskab, komfur, - Badeværelse med toilet, brusekabine, vaskemaskine. Udendørs indhegnet plads med spiseplads og grill.

Landidyl og Vildmarksbad

Dejlig ny renoveret staldbygning med synlig bjælker og højt til loftet. Et stor køkken alrum med ovn, stor spisebord,sofa gruppe, fodboldbord og dobbeltseng. Stor hems med 2 enkelt senge. Dejligt nyt badeværeske med brus. Udgang til stor træ terrasse med fantastisk udsigt, her er mulighed for at grille og nyde en tur i vildmarksbadet. Belligende få km. til indkøb og badesø, samt tæt på skov. Kort afstand til Århus og Silkeborg, offentlig transport hertil fra Låsby hver time.

Skudehavnshytte

Unik Skudehavnshytte i stemningsfulde Ebeltoft Skudehavn. I gåafstand til byens bedste kaffebar, restauranter og den gamle bydel. Se bådene komme ind og følg med i sejlernes aktivitet, mens du nyder solnedgangen på terrassen. Hytten er i træ, på 79 m2 og i to etager. Ovenpå: 1 soveværelse med en enkeltsenge samt en dobbeltseng. I stuen er der mulighed for opredning med udsigt over havnebassinet og Ebeltoft Vig. I stueetagen: Køkken og badeværelse, entre. Østvendt gårdhave.
