The house is renovated and equipped with both dishwasher, washing machine and everything else you need for a perfect stay in the Swedish skärgård. Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Attefallshus på 25 kvm, högt beläget på Näset med fantastisk utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård. Här bor du med havet som granne och mysig tallskog alldeles utanför dörren. Huset ligger privat beläget i förhållande till boningshuset och för att komma fram går man uppför ett stort antal trappsteg. Från takterrassen har man utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård.

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
