These two cottages are rented as one combined unit, connected by a breezeway with convenient keypad locks. The cottages sit on three acres consisting of a large playing field and walking trail in the woods. Both cottages offer hardwood & tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and custom cabinets with quartz countertops. Each cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The cottages each have a Smart TV with WiFi. Located just 1.5 miles from a grocery store, pizza place, pharmacy, Dollar General and Ace Hardware.

Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Crowne View Lodge built summer of 2020 is located a minute from SDC. This is a dedicated vacation rental area. This resort style offers our guests lots of free amenities like indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, gym, grills etc. Our Lodge has 6 kings, 4 queens, and 4 sofa sleepers. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms & TV. There are 2 levels in the house. Both levels have 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living area, kitchen, dinning area, fireplace and a back deck with an AMAZING LAKE VIEW!

Cozy Cottage is just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants. Cozy Cottage is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages. All guests must be 21+.

On property is a new private pool and dock for swimming with boat slips to rent. This unit is located in the Bavarian Village Resort and 1 mile from Silver Dollar City and 15 minutes from the downtown strip.

The peaceful setting on a private lane is the prefect place to relax and get away. Enjoy a cup on Tea on us.
