This spacious and cozy apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay and is located in the heart of the old bazaar. 3 Bedrooms, 4 Beds + Sofa Bed – Ideal for families, friends or groups. The living room has a TV and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and cookware. The bathroom includes a washing machine, towels, and all the necessities for longer stays. Extra Storage, a small closet is available for your convenience.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.

Κουζίνα πλήρης εξοπλισμένη με τραπεζαρία για 4 άτομα. Σαλόνι με μεγάλο καναπέ-κρεβάτι ,WiFi, 58‘ smart τηλεόραση με Netflix. Δωρεάν parking μπροστά από την πολυκατοικία.
