The Lodgepole Overlook Carriage House is located in the Peak 7 neighborhood. It offers a forested and private escape from the hustle and bustle of the ski area and downtown Breckenridge. This private home is located on the north side of Breckenridge and eliminates the delays and frustration of getting in and out of town... especially when going to other nearby ski areas or parts of the county. The VERY PRIVATE hot tub is nestled against the White River National Forest which borders the property.

You can be skiing in 15-20 minutes from the house. Enjoy spectacular views of Mt Helen, Mt. Argentine and Red Mountain. This 2038 sq.' home was remodeled in 2009, including a detached 2-stall garage.
