Dimora Agnusdei, un'oasi di tranquillità nel centro di Padova. Circondata dal verde questa casa indipendente è perfetta per 2-3 persone in cerca di relax, comfort e privacy. Nonostante la posizione centrale la zona è silenziosa e riservata, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata di visite in città. Gli ospiti possono usufruire del parcheggio privato scoperto (lunghezza max auto 4,7mt, no assetto ribassato/no lowered car). In pochi minuti si possono raggiungere i principali luoghi di interesse.

Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.

Casa Linda

Casa Linda è un alloggio indipendente ricavato da un ex laboratorio di falegnameria, accanto alla nostra abitazione. Offre molta privacy, vi accoglie con il suo arredo originale ed ecosostenibile. Il calore della stufa a legna crea un ambiente confortevole ( unica fonte di riscaldamento della stanza). Casa Linda si trova ai piedi dei colli Berici, a 10 minuti dal centro storico di Vicenza, immersa nel verde ma vicina ai principali collegamenti stradali e servita da una pista ciclabile.

Comodissima per raggiungere qualsiasi meta come le isole di Murano, Burano, Torcello, San Servolo, San Lazzaro, Lido, San Erasmo,Pellestrina e Chioggia.

In pochi km si raggiungono Breganze (terra di vini), Marostica, Thiene, Bassano.
