Gezellig appartement, 75 m2 incl. gebruik 2 fietsen. Ons appartement heeft een open woonkamer-keuken, slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed en vrolijke badkamer (douche, wastafel, toilet). Het appartement is gelegen in het buitengebied van Breukelen aan de rivier De Vecht, nabij de Loosdrechtse Plassen, centraal gesitueerd tussen Amsterdam en Utrecht in een mooie, landelijke omgeving met prachtige buitenplaatsen aan de Vecht. Ideaal voor fiets-, wandel- en boottochtjes, stedentrips en vismogelijkheden.

Prachtige Loft in het centrum van Breukelen.

In het centrum van historisch Breukelen vind je onze geweldig loft, op loopafstand van de prachtige rivier de Vecht en heerlijke restaurants . De loft is van alle gemakken voorzien zoals airco, compleet ingerichte keuken met vaatwasser en een wasmachine plus droger. Breukelen is bij uitstek geschikt voor een wandel of fietsvakantie. De prachtige loosdrechtse plassen liggen op 10 minuten fietsafstand. Daarnaast sta je in in 20 minuten met de trein in het centrum van zowel Utrecht als Amsterdam.

In juli & augustus per week! Ons unieke huis staat op een landtong met aan 2 kanten water. Centraal gelegen tussen Amsterdam en Utrecht. In de omgeving zijn jachthavens en recreatiewoningen. Vanaf de weg loop je naar het pontje, waarmee je zelf naar het huisje vaart. Het huis is alleen per vlot/boot bereikbaar. Het huis heeft een tuin, houten steigers en zitjes. Binnen is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien: er is vloerverwarming, airco en Wifi. Boven zijn 2 slaapkamers, 2e toilet en badkamer.

Ingebed in de groene weilanden. Een mooie gelegenheid om dit middeleeuwse landschap te verkennen (wandelen / fietsen)

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
