Lakefront Cottage on Tracy Pond

Lakefront private cottage right on 47 acre Tracy pond. This pond has no public access so it is very quiet with only my home and another Air BnB rental on the 25 acre parcel. Loons, eagle, deer, otter and beaver are around. It has a fully equipped kitchen, deck and gas grill along with a stone firepit. Minutes to Bangor airport and downtown and one hour to Acadia National Park. You can swim and boat on the pond with kayaks and a canoe provided. Pets welcome but keep on leash and clean up after.

Private apartment on a tranquil farm with a deck facing the garden & pasture. Conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the Bangor airport, and 10 minutes from downtown. Enjoy TV with streaming, WiFi, a hot bath, a very comfy bed, and kitchenette. We also have our own nature trail on the property. We have common courtesy house rules and simple self-checkin. 2 miles from the waterfront concerts! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, including Acadia National Park which is about an hour drive. I allow 10 people at the house for families that want to be together, however please don't book this house if you think it's designed to sleep 10 people. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 beds, you will be setting the additional beds up yourself unless you ask me to set them up for you and I would be happy to!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Distances- .9 miles to Maine Savings Amphitheater 42 miles to Acadia. This home is within walking distance to the casino, the Cross Center, a seafood market, Paul Bunyan statue, and several restaurants. The highway is easily accessible. The home has 4 bedrooms(one designed to be primarily for children), one with a king bed, and two with queens. Also, the living room sectional has a pull out bed.
