This garden annexe features a separate private entrance, sought after off road parking, a private outside seating area and safe space to store bikes or boards behind a locked gate. There are no cooking facilities but we have provided a fridge, toaster and kettle with milk, tea and coffee. The walk in shower allows you plenty of space to unwind after a day on the beach.

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.

TV with amazon firestick that includes Netflix and wi fi. just 10minutes away from Brighton and Hove. the double sofa bed can accommodate 2 people and as long as you are happy with having a little less space for the night i won't charge you any extra for the second guest.
