Many walks (including the South Downs), pubs, vineyards, the sea and other sites of interest all within a short drive. Great base for Knepp, Arundel, Goodwood, Kinsbrook, Brighton.

We are nestled in two acres of private gardens and woodlands also being so close to must see places like Bluebell railway and Sheffield park gardens.Lewes (20 min dr) Brighton (30 min dr) and London (1 hr dr) we are also only 20 min from Gatwick.The studio has a separate entrance away from the main house and is a self contained apartment with a double bed, kitchenette and lounge area.
