Avalon Retreat is a private cabin in the heart of Glastonbury, within 5 minutes walk of the High street and Abbey, and 15 minutes from the Chalice Well and White Spring. The Retreat has a private garden located by a brook that is fed by the White Spring. A perfect place to watch wildlife or just rest & relax. Owl cabin is a peaceful & cosy retreat, situated in our garden next to our house on the edge of our woodland, a haven for deer, badgers & owls. From the veranda you can watch our free-range ducks & chickens, buzzards & red kites thermalling over the valley & horses coming and going. There is a private, woodland garden with a wood fired hot tub to enjoy the views or gaze at the stars. There are lots of lovely walks including across the fields to the local pub and Bath is only 15-20 mins by car.

The accommodation is self-contained with its own stable door entrance, wood burning stove and private terrace overlooking views across the Land Yeo River and Marshalls Field. This stunning position is only a few yards from coastal walks and cycling routes. Clevedon's famous marine lake, which is open all year for wild swimming, is a short stroll away as are the local pub, post office and some lovely coffee shops a little further along the seafront.
