The self contained property is well equipped, sleeping up to five people comfortably. There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. The property enjoys underfloor heating throughout, triple glazing, air circulation/exchange system.and insulation up to the highest standards. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. Perfect for groups on business, tourists exploring the West Country or couples or families who fancy a relaxed peaceful rural retreat in the middle of town. We self built the Little Trooper in 2017 with the intention of achieving a unique, fun and comfortable oasis hid away up a private road in the middle of the City giving a holiday feel to escape the fast pace of City life. The house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children and is intended to cater for large families visiting our beautiful city. I think the pictures say it all really and as you will see the house is kitted out with all the extras and luxuries to please everyone.

This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.
