Heritage Cottage

Heritage Cottage is a beautiful retreat away from life's busy pace. This spacious and cozy home was built Summer 2019. The panoramic views show all of Southern Alberta's best - the prairies, foothills, and rocky mountains. 40 minutes from Waterton National Park, 15 minutes West of Pincher Creek, and 20 minutes to Castle Provincial Park and ski hill. We do not live on site but live close by that we can be available most times, if needed. We are excited to share this corner of the world with you.

It is just 45 minutes to the great recreation area of Manning Park, with numerous outdoor activities for all ages and abilities. When at the Retreat, soak up the stream sights and sounds, and the varied flora and fauna. Relax on the deck by the creek, with many activities nearby. With your own private yard space spend your evenings sitting at a campfire enjoying the mountain and forest views or soak in your own hot tub after a day of skiing or hiking.

Bordering China Beach Provincial Park, guests have access to beautiful beaches and outdoor adventures like hiking, surfing, and whale watching. After a day of exploring, or surfing, unwind in the hot tub under the stars and listen to the waves. This modern bungalow combines luxury and privacy, with a surf down below the house. Shoal Bay Raven Cottage, Ocean view & off the grid

Shoal Bay sits on a remote island, completely off grid. Here we generate our own electrical power through a system of solars panels and micro-hydro. Just one of three boutique styled cottages at Shoal Bay, The RAVEN COTTAGE sits on the hillside overlooking the water. There are 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a cozy woodstove. Kitchen with undercounter fridge and 4 burner gas stove/oven. A shower in the bathroom. Covered deck with a bbq all overlooking the ocean and the coastal mountains

Breathtaking sunsets overlooking Muir Creek beach and Sheringham Point. Your stay will be in a cosy, warm, cared for home on a rural property. Interaction with guests will usually be minimal however we are available should you need anything or have questions. We want to ensure you have the privacy that you deserve. Spacious Executive home centrally located on quiet cul de sac. Stay warm in front of the gas fireplace in sunken living room while reclining in front of 75" TV and sound system. Enjoy a Bath in the oversize tub or enjoy walk in shower with rain head and body jets. Gourmet cook in the well-equipped kitchen stocked with condiments and spices, BBQ or Smoke at the covered grill station, relax and enjoy lush private yard from the covered deck . Hot Tub is available as extra charge.

The nearby communities and lush Cowichan Valley invites you to explore the area by hiking or biking the nearby mountain trails and single track runs, whale watching, fishing or sightseeing by boat, or paddling by kayak or paddle board among the twin river fed bird estuary in the back yard. The area hosts a plethora of bird life from hummingbirds, kingfishers, woodpeckers, herons, eagles and trumpeter swans to name a few!
